Dr. Heather Manning has spent decades protecting her community, be it serving in the United States Marine Corps, working as a paramedic for a rural fire department and time dedicated to the non-profit sector.

Dr. Manning is a forensic criminologist with a well-rounded background working in the realm of child protection, sexual predatory behaviors and typologies, offender treatment modalities, human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Dr. Manning is a published author on psycho-social factors of foster parent sexual offenders and is actively researching enticement and sexual exploitation in online gaming. She is a polished public speaker and trainer.
